James confirmed new Assistant Moderator!

James was confirmed the new UVU Assistant Mod earlier this afternoon, this is the post Iccy the current Mod made in the crew forum about the situation.

Well, after a long week, it has been decided who will take the role as the new UVU Assistant Moderator. 

This position has totally been based on loyalty, and activeness. 

There were definitely many candidates to become the new Assistant, however the job had to go to someone who had a PST, was active, and had been in the crew for a long time. 

So in conclusion, I have come to the decision, that the new UVU Assistant Moderator will be James Murphy! 

James (FernandoTorres987) has been selected as Assistant simply because he is a very active manager in this crew, he has been loyal to the crew and has been here for a long time, and of course he is a PST Holder so has the opportunity to become Moderator if I was ever to leave the crew. 

There were many other contenders such as Dan (Wilson), Luke, Nick and Alastair, however I chose James, he may not necessarily be the most active of them, but he certainly is loyal, and is pretty experienced and certainly established in this crew. 

Dan in my eyes, was 2nd place because he too has been in this crew a long time, and he would have been selected Assistant, however he's not as active which is fully understandable, as we know he's very busy at times with more important things outside of OFM, whilst James spends a lot more time here. 

Luke, Nick and Alastair were pipped as well to the spot, I just don't think Alastair has been here just long enough yet to take on such an important role in the crew, Luke I think just hasn't matured yet (No Offence) because he still is quite young, I think running a crew would be a huge weight on someone of his age's shoulders, and I didn't choose Nick because James is more established in UVU I'm afraid, as he has been here slightly longer. 

Vinnie would have been the Assistant, however he doesn't have a PST, so he was ineligible to take on the job. 

So I'm sure you will all help me in welcoming the new Assistant Moderator of Universal Unit, James Murphy!
